Meet Our Founders

Welcome to Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy! We're Jasmine Nelson and Tiffany James, the heart and soul behind our mission-driven company.

As seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), we've traversed various roles in our profession, from SLP-As to CF-SLPs, and now proudly hold our CCC-SLP certifications. Our paths converged during graduate school, igniting a shared passion for revolutionizing school-based therapy.

Our journey began with a profound observation – the prevailing absence of SLP-owned contracting companies meant a disconnect from the nuanced needs of school-based therapists. Determined to bridge this gap, we founded Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, to create a community-centered approach to therapy services.

With over a decade of combined experience since 2011, we're not just administrators; we're actively involved in the school settings, navigating caseloads and advocating for our students daily. This hands-on involvement ensures that we remain deeply connected to the realities of our profession.

At Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, our ethos is rooted in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every clinician is valued, heard, and empowered. Whether you seek a sounding board, professional advice, or simply camaraderie, our doors are always open.

Our mission is clear: to redefine the standards of school-based therapy by prioritizing the well-being of our therapists and the students they serve. Join us as we continue to make waves in the field of speech-language pathology, one session at a time.

Discover the Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, difference and embark on a journey where your voice matters, your ideas flourish, and your impact resonates. Together, let's shape the future of school-based therapy!
